Availability and Prices
Updated apartment availability and seasonal prices can be checked in real-time through our online booking system.
All displayed prices include electricity, gas, hot water, bed and bath linens, kitchen towels, and one parking space per apartment.
Prices are subject to variations based on period and stay duration. We recommend verifying availability and final quote before confirming your booking.
Minimum Stay
To ensure the best experience and allow us to prepare apartments with maximum care, we apply a minimum stay policy.
Low and mid season: minimum 2 consecutive nights
High season and holiday periods: minimum 3 consecutive nights
Special advantageous rates are available for weekly stays (7+ nights). Contact us for more information.
Price Calculation
Each apartment has a seasonal base price valid for standard occupancy (2 people for one-bedroom, 4 people for two-bedroom).
Final cleaning: flat rate of €55 per apartment (already included in total price)
Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day (applied to guests over 14 years, calculated for max 10 days) - to be paid on-site
Base price includes: utilities (electricity, gas, water), unlimited Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, kitchen towels, one parking space per apartment.
Additional Guests
Apartments can accommodate people beyond standard occupancy up to the maximum allowed limit:
Adults and children over 2 years: €25 per day per person (includes bed and bath linens)
Infants up to 2 years: free, not counted as additional guests, but must be indicated in the booking
Upon request and subject to availability, we provide cribs and high chairs for little ones free of charge.
Booking Procedure
1. Check availability and prices through the online booking system
2. Complete the booking by entering required data and choosing the rate (standard or refundable)
3. You will receive a confirmation email with stay details and a link to manage your booking
4. Through the link you can modify or cancel your booking according to chosen terms
5. Before arrival you will receive check-in instructions and all useful information for your stay
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: up to 15 days before arrival - full refund of deposit paid
Late cancellation: from 14 days until arrival day - charge of 100% of total booking amount
For "Non-Refundable" rate bookings: no refund in case of cancellation, but more advantageous rate
In case of late arrival or early departure, no refunds for unused nights
All cancellations must be made through the link received in the confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
A valid ID document is required for all guests at check-in
Pets allowed: €5 per night per pet supplement (maximum 2 pets)
Smoking is prohibited inside apartments
Any damage to apartments or equipment will be charged to guests
