How do I book an apartment at Casa Prabi?
You can request a booking by WhatsApp, email or the website. Availability, rate and conditions are confirmed before payment.
What payments do you accept?
SEPA bank transfer, credit/debit card only for online payments, PayPal. For non-refundable bookings: 100% payment upon booking. For refundable bookings: 100% amount is charged 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. Full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 14 days: 100% of the booking is retained.

Discounts for long stays?
Yes, for stays longer than 7 nights a discount is applied.
Check-in and Check-out
How does self check-in work?
Automatic self check-in from 15:00 to 00:00. We send you the key box code via SMS/WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Video instructions included.
Check-out time?
Check-out by 10:00. Leave the keys in the box. Late check-out available on request (€30).
Can I arrive after midnight?
Self check-in possible until 00:00. Arrivals after midnight: notify us 24h before to organize access.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage not available.
Where do I pick up the keys?
Self-service box at the main entrance. Numeric code via SMS. No physical contact necessary.
Included Amenities
Is parking included?
Yes, 1 private fenced parking space for each apartment. Free for the entire duration of the stay. Space for 1 medium car.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, sheets, blankets, towels and tea towels included in the price.
WiFi speed?
Free FTTH 100 Mbps fiber WiFi in all apartments. Dedicated password for each accommodation. Ideal for smart working.
Air conditioning summer and winter?
Hot/cold air conditioner in every room. Autonomous underfloor heating. Customizable temperatures.
Is a washing machine available?
Shared washing machine available in a room on the ground floor.
Extra Services
Cleaning during the stay?
Cleaning and linen change not available during the stay.
Bike rental available?
We do not rent bikes but we recommend the best bike rentals in Arco: Bike Station (500m), Happy Bike (center). Secure free bike storage.
Storage for MTB and sports equipment?
Closed and video-surveilled storage for bikes, e-MTBs, windsurf boards, climbing backpacks. 24/7 access with code.
Breakfast available?
Breakfast not available. Apartments with self-catering kitchen.
Baby equipment?
On request we provide high chair and camping cot free of charge.
Location and Surroundings
Where exactly is Casa Prabi located?
Via Legionari Cecoslovacchi 11, Prabi district. 50 meters from the municipal swimming pool, 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Arco, 2km from the climbing crags, 5km from Riva del Garda.
Supermarket nearby?
Coop Alto Garda at 800m (10 min walk). Hours: 8:00-20:00 Mon-Sat, 8:00-13:00 Sunday. In the center you find groceries, bakery and butcher.
Distance from Lake Garda?
Riva del Garda at 5km (7 min car, 15 min bike). Equipped beaches, tourist port, sailing and windsurfing. Bus B332 every 30 min with free Garda Guest Card included.
Do I need a car to move around?
Not essential. Arco center reachable on foot in 5 min. To explore Garda Trentino we recommend car or e-bike. Free public transport with Guest Card.
How far is the bus stop?
Urban and extra-urban bus stop just 200 meters from the house.
Policies
Is Casa Prabi family-friendly?
Absolutely yes! Private parking, stroller storage, high chair and cot on request. Municipal pool at 50m.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and cats welcome (max 2). €5 per night per pet. Fenced garden available. Bowls and mats provided.
Can I smoke?
No smoking in the apartment. You can smoke in the outdoor patio and common garden. Fines for smoking damage: €200.
What is the Garda Guest Card and what does it include?
Free card included: unlimited public transport in Trentino (bus, trains), discounted museum/castle entry, free Trento-Sardagna cable car, free guided excursions.
Quiet hours?
Silence from 22:00 to 8:00. Quiet residential area. Respect for neighbors mandatory. Parties not allowed.
